Breakfast Power Quinoa

Oh my goodness… this is one of my TOP 5 breakfast recipes. I make my quinoa in the beginning of the week in bulk so I always have some in the fridge… So this breakfast takes me all of 3 minutes to toss together.

Basically I take a 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa and heat it with a 1/4 cup of Lite Canned Coconut milk

Once I pull that out of the Microwave, I toss on top 2TBS of chopped nuts (usually almonds or pecans)

Add a drizzle of Raw honey… about 1.5 Tsp

top with 1/2 cup of fresh berries and VIOLA!!! It’s seriously so perfect!
