What’s the deal with Quinoa???

Ok so here it is, Quinoa… I LOVE quinoa. It’s become my new favorite food. Did you know that Quinoa is high in protein too.. so like yeah, it’s a carb, but it’s a complex grain superfood!

    What do you use it for?

Well, I use it for just about everything! I eat it for breakfast with coconut milk and some fruit and nuts…


For lunch I am notorious for adding it with some ground turkey stuffing it in a pepper and putting a bit of cheese on it.
